In the mid-1990's through Arvinda's Indian Cooking Classes, Arvinda Chauhan created unique Indian spice blends for her time-pressed students looking for quick and easy yet authentic ways to prepare Indian cuisine. Derived from family recipes, Arvinda initially sold her 'curry masala' to her class students in pouches and soon Arvinda's unique blend gathered a loyal following. Her daughter and son, Preena and Paresh wanted to share their mother's blends knowing they were something special.
