I cook at home as I prefer to eat home made food instead of take-out. Whenever I cook I almost always use garlic, which is why I love Arvinda's Frozen Pureed Garlic. I'm not a pro at anything but I always use garlic in a marinade for meat, chicken, fish or for flavor in vegetable dishes. I use it in all italian food I cook, especially for sauces. Arvinda's spice blends are excellent. For me, Indian spicing can seem complicated and intimidating, but these spice blends makes cooking Indian food simple and easy. I used the curry masala in a chick pea and tomato curry and everyone at the table loved it. It takes the stress out of cooking.
