BBQ season is not over yet!

Although we're into September and the cooler autumn season is upon us (soon enough!) doesn't mean the barbecues need to get tucked away and forgotten.

Enjoy the last days of summer while you can, savour the end-of-summer sunshine and perhaps try an easy Tandoori barbecue once again...while your patio furniture is still out!


Here are some great barbecue ideas using Arvinda's top summer spice blend, Arvinda's Tandoori Masala

  • Mix with yoghurt along with lime juice and sea salt, marinate chicken pieces with the bone-in and barbecue for a succulent Tandoori Chicken dinner.

  • Mix with a bit of oil and toss with a medley of cubed grilling vegetables including courgette (zuchinni), eggplant, colourful bell peppers, red onion and cremini mushrooms. Barbecue and serve as a side.

  • Mix with oil and lime juice, and marinate extra-firm tofu. Barbecue and serve on top of a salad, rice or quinoa.
