Turkey Leftovers Curried Sandwich

Turkey Leftovers Curried Sandwich

This is a recipe for the day after the big turkey feast which changes the meal completely by giving the turkey an Indian spice vibe!

Ingredients:
1 CUP mayonnaise
1 TBSP. pureed garlic
1/4 CUP finely chopped red onions
1 TSP. ARVINDA'S CURRY POWDER or ARVINDA'S MADRAS CURRY POWDER
1 green chili, finely chopped (optional)
Pinch sea salt (optional)
Leftover turkey pieces

SANDWICH
Lettuce leaves, to serve
Bread slices, to serve
Red onion rings, to garnish
Leftover cranberry chutney or sauce, to garnish

Directions:
1) In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, garlic, onion, Arvinda's Curry Powder, green chili and salt. Mix well then add in the turkey pieces coating evenly.
2) Sandwich: Arrange the lettuce on a piece of bread, then top it with the turkey mixture. Then garnish with the onion rings, followed by a dollop of the cranberry chutney, then add the other piece bread. Or serve the cranberry condiment on the side for dipping.
