Bombay Shake Garlic Chick Peas
made with Arvinda's Bombay Shake Garlic

1 TBSP. | olive oil |
1 TBSP. | ARVINDA'S BOMBAY SHAKE GARLIC, or to taste |
2 CUPS | chick peas, cooked OR 540ml (19-ounce) can, rinsed and drained |
½ TSP. | sea salt, or to taste |
½ CUP | finely chopped red onion (optional) |
finely chopped cilantro, to garnish |
In a large skillet, heat the oil on medium then shake on ARVINDA’S BOMBAY SHAKE GARLIC. Cook the spices for 15 seconds or until they become fragrant, taking care they don't burn.
Fold in the chick peas and combine with the spices and sprinkle in the salt.
Add in the onions and garnish with cilantro.
To serve, stuff into a pita pocket with lettuce, tomato and onion with sour cream, top onto a green salad or serve in a brown rice bowl.
