Bombay Shake Garlic Perogies
made with Arvinda's Bombay Shake Garlic

8 to 10 | frozen perogies |
2 CUPS | water |
1 TBSP. | olive oil |
1 TBSP. | ARVINDA’S BOMBAY SHAKE GARLIC, or to taste |
PINCH | sea salt (optional) |
½ CUP | sour cream |
In a pot, place the perogies with the water. Bring to a boil and cook for 5 to 7 minutes, or until they are tender. Drain.
In a medium skillet, heat the oil on medium-high. Add the perogies and shake on ARVINDA’S BOMBAY SHAKE GARLIC,folding to combine.Sauté for a few minutes on both sides, until golden brown in colour.
Add a pinch of salt, if desired. Serve with sour cream.
