cremini mushrooms, cleaned and quartered
red bell pepper, cubed
orange bell pepper, cubed
yellow bell pepper, cubed
medium red onion, cubed

ARVINDA'S BOMBAY SHAKE GARLIC, or to taste
sea salt, or to taste
1) Preheat the oven to 350F/180C/Gas Mark 4.
2) In a casserole dish or Dutch oven, add all the vegetables, drizzle on the oil and shake on ARVINDA’S BOMBAY SHAKE GARLIC. Add the salt and mix to combine.
3) Bake in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until the vegetables are roasted and tender. Serve as a side.
