sea salt, or to taste
In a small non-stick pot, combine all ingredients together and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes, or until reduced and thickened. Add salt to taste and simmer for a couple more minutes.
Remove from the heat and cool to room temperature. Use as required for your barbecue. Refrigerate any unused sauce for up to 3 days.
