Rotisserie Marinade
made with Arvinda's French Rotisserie
French roasted chicken served with crispy potatoes and steamed vegetables is the perfect weekend or celebratory meal. Easy and flavourful with Arvinda’s French Rotisserie, pre-plan ahead and give the chicken a full one day of marination for best results. An option for a crispier roast chicken, take 3 tablespoons of butter, rubbing it underneath the skin and inside the cavity before baking.
Use this same flavourful marinade recipe for roasted turkey for the festive times of year.

¼ CUP | olive oil |
2 TSP. | sea salt |
4 TBSP. | ARVINDA’S FRENCH ROTISSERIE |
1 | whole chicken |
1/2 | lemon |
In a small bowl, combine the oil, salt and ARVINDA’S FRENCH ROTISSERIE.
Rub the marinade on the chicken and finish with a squeeze of lemon. Cover the chicken, refrigerate and marinate for at least 2 hours (or overnight).
Preheat the oven to 350F/180C/Gas Mark 4.
Place the chicken on a foiled lined baking sheet or baking dish and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes (depending on the weight of the chicken) until cooked and the juices run clear.
