Prepared pizza dough for a personal pizza
Sea salt, to taste
Preheat the oven to 500F/260C/Gas Mark 10.
Divide the pizza dough into four small 4-inch diameter pizzas. Brush on the oil and sprinkle on ARVINDA’S ZA’ATAR. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes or until golden in colour and the dough is cooked.
Season with salt, to taste before serving.
