sea salt, to taste
slice of bread, toasted
Heat a skillet on medium heat. Melt the butter or add the oil, coating the skillet well.
Add the egg and shake on ARVINDA’S BOMBAY SHAKE BLACK PEPPER.
Allow the egg to cook for a few minutes, or until the egg white sets and is cooked through. Using a thin spatula, flip the egg over and cook for another couple of minutes.
Serve on toast and enjoy!
