Heat the oil in a heavy bottom non-stick skillet on medium-high. Place the lamb chop in the skillet and shake on ARVINDA’S BOMBAY SHAKE BLACK PEPPER, using up to 1 tablespoon.
Cook for up to 8 to 10 minutes or reaches the desired doneness. Sprinkle on the lemon juice and add the salt, as needed. Flip over and cook for a few more minutes or until the lamb is cooked and tender. Option: Grill on the barbeque.
