Bombay Shake Garlic Side Potatoes
made with Arvinda's Bombay Shake Garlic
If you’re seeking a load of flavour and need a side dish that virtually pairs with anything, look no further. These garlickly oven roasted potatoes lend a tasty garlic hit along with other Indian spice flavours too. These potatoes are incredible with an Indian meal, or any meal for that matter and we hope you love them as much as we do!

4 to 5 | Russet potatoes, peeled and cubed |
1 TSP. | sea salt, plus extra to taste |
2 TBSP. | olive oil |
2 TBSP. | ARVINDA’S BOMBAY SHAKE GARLIC |
Line a baking sheet with foil and set aside. Preheat oven to 450F/230C/Gas Mark 8.
Place the potatoes on the baking sheet, drizzle with the oil and shake on the ARVINDA’S BOMBAY SHAKE GARLIC. Sprinkle on the salt as needed. Toss well.
Bake in oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until crispy, turning over occasionally.
