Russet potatoes, peeled and cubed
sea salt, plus extra to taste
ARVINDA’S BOMBAY SHAKE GARLIC
Line a baking sheet with foil and set aside. Preheat oven to 450F/230C/Gas Mark 8.
Place the potatoes on the baking sheet, drizzle with the oil and shake on the ARVINDA’S BOMBAY SHAKE GARLIC. Sprinkle on the salt as needed. Toss well.
Bake in oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until crispy, turning over occasionally.
