lamb chops, French trimmed

garlic cloves, finely minced
dijon OR honey mustard
ARVINDA’S MONTREAL GRILLING SPICE
sea salt, or to taste
In a medium bowl, mix in the oil, garlic, mustard, ARVINDA’S MONTREAL GRILLING SPICE and salt.
Add the lamb chops to the bowl and rub the marinade into the chops. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Place the chops in a large heavy bottom non-stick skillet and cook on medium-high for up to 8 to 10 minutes or reaches the desired doneness. Flip the chops over and cook for a few more minutes or until the lamb is cooked and tender. Option: Grill on the barbeque.
