Tokyo 7-Spice Chex Mix
Made with Arvinda's Tokyo 7-Spice
Celebrate the holidays or any special occasion with this crunchy cereal snack mix that packs a punch of flavour with a hint of chilies. This also makes a great snack to munch on for a night-in watching movies, playing board games or alongside a cheese board or with drinks or cocktails. If you’re serving a crowd, double the batch.

¼ CUP | ARVINDA’S TOKYO 7-SPICE |
6 TBSP. | butter, melted |
2 TBSP. | avocado oil |
2 TBSP. | soy sauce OR tamari |
365G | Chex OR Crispix® cereal (1 box) |
4 CUPS | small pretzels |
1 CUP | whole almonds, raw |
Preheat the oven to 200F/95C. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine together ARVINDA'S TOKYO 7-SPICE, butter, oil and soy sauce. Mix well.
Add the cereal, pretzels and almonds and mix well to combine.
Spread evenly on the baking sheets. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, taking care it doesn’t burn. . Remove from the oven allow the mix to completely cool before serving. Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
