Bombay Shake Garlic Fish
made with Arvinda's Bombay Shake Garlic

2 TSP. | olive oil |
2 TSP. | ARVINDA’S BOMBAY SHAKE GARLIC, or to taste |
1 | fish filet, deboned |
1 TSP. | lemon juice |
¼ TSP. | sea salt, or to taste |
In a non-stick skillet, heat the oil on medium then shake on ARVINDA’S BOMBAY SHAKE GARLIC. Cook the spices for 15 seconds or until they become fragrant, taking care not to burn them.
Add the fish and cook for a few minutes on one side until it is cooked halfway through. Flip it over and cook for another few minutes on the other side. The fish should be opaque and flake when cut.
Squeeze on the lemon and season with salt.
