Bombay Shake Garlic Roasted Veggies
made with Arvinda's Bombay Shake Garlic

2 to 4
¼ LB. | cremini mushrooms, cleaned and quartered |
½ | red bell pepper, cubed |
½ | orange bell pepper, cubed |
½ | yellow bell pepper, cubed |
½ | medium red onion, cubed |
½ | zucchini, cubed |
8 to 10 | cherry tomatoes (optional) |
2 TSP. | olive oil |
1 TBSP. | ARVINDA'S BOMBAY SHAKE GARLIC, or to taste |
¼ TSP. | sea salt, or to taste |
1) Preheat the oven to 350F/180C/Gas Mark 4.
2) In a casserole dish or Dutch oven, add all the vegetables, drizzle on the oil and shake on ARVINDA’S BOMBAY SHAKE GARLIC. Add the salt and mix to combine.
3) Bake in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until the vegetables are roasted and tender. Serve as a side.
