Bombay Shake Red Chilies Nachos
made with Arvinda's Bombay Shake Red Chilies

300 G | tortilla chips |
2 CUPS | shredded cheddar cheese, or extra to taste |
½ CUP | finely chopped tomatoes |
½ CUP | finely chopped onions |
1 | jalapeño pepper, thinly sliced |
2 TSP. | ARVINDA’S BOMBAY RED CHILIES, or to taste |
½ CUP | sour cream |
½ CUP | Bombay Shake Red Chilies Avocado Dip (see recipe) |
Preheat the oven to 350F/180C/Gas Mark 4.
Place the tortillas on a foil lined baking sheet. Sprinkle on the cheese, tomatoes, onions and jalapeños. Shake on ARVINDA’S BOMBAY SHAKE RED CHILIES.
Bake in the oven for up to 10 minutes. Serve with sour cream and Bombay Shake Red Chilies Avocado Dip.
